Rocky River Youth Hockey
RRYH is run by the City of Rocky River Recreation Department and emphasizes the teaching of fundamental hockey skills, discipline, sportsmanship and a commitment to develop each player to their maximum ability level.
RRYH is a member of the Cleveland Suburban Hockey League (CSHL).
Ages
Players 8U - 14U that have completed at least 2 years of Learn To Play Hockey.
When
Season begins in late August and runs until playoffs in March. Placement skates for the next season are in late March.
Where
Practices are at Hamilton Ice Arena.

Jerseys
Practice jerseys are provided. Game jerseys are ordered through Rube Adler in the spring and summer.
Practices
Teams practice 2 times per week.
Optional training:
Sunday Skills with Ohio Hockey Project (registration required)
Power Skating with Okicki Hockey Tuesday evenings (registration required through RR LTS program)
Games
Games are scheduled through the Cleveland Suburban Hockey League (CSHL)
Preseason games are scheduled September 19th - October 27th
Regular Season games are scheduled November 7th - February 13, 2025
League Semifinals are played February 22 & 23, 2025
League Championship played March 1, 2025
Extra Costs
Team fees, determined by RRYH, Inc. Executive Board, will be collected by August 30th (online payments only)
Mite 8U - $185
Squirt 10U - $290
Peewee 12U - $345
Bantam 14U - $345
$30 of each team fee is allocated to the RRYH, Inc. General Fund for program expenses with the remaining money belongs to the team budget.

USA Hockey registration fee is needed before registering.

2015-2012 - $61.00
2011-2006 - $70.00
2005 & Older - $46.00

Season 3v3/4v4 Tournament kick off is August 23rd
City fee balances are due October 24th.
*This registration is only for current RRYH players that were placed on a team this spring and current mite blue players.*
